Job Opening: Sr. BA to liaison between the business organization and IT

A client is looking for a Sr. BA to liaison between the business organization and IT. The IT Business Analyst will effectively communicate organizational needs to the appropriate IT team and will apply personal and technical skills to identify, analyze and communicate business processes, business requirements and business rules in a complex, multi-system environment.


  • A minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner or equivalent experience in both agile and waterfall software development environments.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal team skills
  • Solid experience authoring various forms of requirement documentation including Vision Documents, Business Requirement Documents, Use Cases and User Stories
  • Business process modeling experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with cruise, airline or hotel electronic distribution systems, including core user and system interfaces

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical business experience is required. Business Analyst and Scrum professional certifications are a plus.
