Back on Track Network is a 501(c)3 career support non-profit organization established to provide spiritual, motivational, and practical support to people who face career challenges. Our mission is inspired and guided by “Laborem Exercens” the Papal encyclical published in 1981 by John Paul II:
“Man’s life is built up every day from work, from work it derives its specific dignity, but at the same time work contains the unceasing measure of human toil and suffering.”
To provide spiritual, motivational, and practical support to people who are facing career challenges.
To extend our mission beyond the boundaries of our Church and community.

Back on Track Network, a faith-based career counseling support organization, was founded as a church ministry in 2001 by a small group of parishioners of St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Kendall, Florida. During the past seven years, Back on Track Network have met uninterruptedly every Thursday at 7:30PM in St. John Neumann’s Adult Education building providing spiritual, motivational, and practical support to over 700 people who have faced some kind of career challenge.
In early 2006, the ministry evolved into a non-profit organization with the purpose of expanding Back on Track’s mission to other communities in South Florida. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and the encouragement of Auxiliary Bishop Felipe de Jesus Estevez, Back on Track Network expanded to St. Louis Catholic Church. In the immediate future, new Back on Track chapters are planned for St. Catherine of Sienna, St. Katharine Drexel, and Mother of Christ Churches.
