Rita is currently managing her own consulting practice for candidate sourcing, career coaching, and résumé writing.  She counsels tranferring spouses in her role as a Certified Dual Career Services Provider with Options Resource Careers.  In addition, she assists in recruiting activities nationwide on an as-needed basis for a major federal government agency.
